It is truly a plug-and-play solution, smart, economical and flexible. Interroll's new generation conveyor modules are the most versatile and durable systems available, offering energy efficiency, with low operating and maintenance costs.

With the new free AutoCAD plug-in software tool -“Interroll Layouter,” modules such as transfers, diverts, and lifts can be combined with belt and roller conveyors to provide an integrated customer material flow layout. As the entries are validated to minimise the risk of bad planning, the conveyor system can be configured much faster and with more planning security.

One of the key components in the modular zero pressure accumulation conveyor is the proven and extremely energy efficient 24 V DC Interroll RollerDrive EC310. This can offer a safe drive solution to support custom built processing/packaging machinery and versatile conveyors, using up to 30% less energy and recycles brake energy. RollerDrive EC310 can be supplied with ConveyorControl for use in zero pressure accumulation conveyors or the new versatile MultiControl. This is a certified network interface card for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT that directly controls sensors and RollerDrive to offer enormous flexibility.

Interroll will exhibit details of its comprehensive range of integrated drive solutions such as drum motors for belt conveyors, its powered RollerDrive and non-powered rollers for conveyor systems. In pioneering drive solutions for modular plastic belt conveyors, Interroll utilises purpose designed, food quality FDA approved profiled rubber/PU lagging, stainless steel/polymeric sprockets and the Interroll Multiprofile. This is a newly developed profile for use with Interroll asynchronous and synchronous drum motors, which can be used to drive various conveyor belts from different manufacturers using only one Interroll Premium Hygienic PU Profile.
